Try this quick and delicious recipe for breakfast or as a snack! It tastes great warm or cold!
Caramel Flaxseed Porridge
- 6 tbsp. ground flaxseed
- 4 tbsp. coconut flour
- 1 scoop Salted Caramel Cupcake Whey
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup (240ml) + 2 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
1. Place all 5 ingredients into a small microwave-safe bowl. Whisk well, making sure there are no lumps. Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds.
2. Divide the porridge in half for a single serving and refrigerate the rest (This tastes great cold the next day too!)
3. add toppings of choice and serve immediately. Berries, coconut flakes, chopped walnuts and almond butter all work great!
